"Great community staff are amazing! I had a smooth move in along with a few major changes I had to adjust but I'm having a great experience with living here so far! I have an amazing apartment so great neighbor. Kannesha Hollis has been so welcoming and making feel like I'm at home."

"Truly just look elsewhere - pictures are deceiving. Upon arrival the office staff to meet us just left our keys in a mailbox, the only reason we could get in was because the back door to the common area is unlocked to the public.Literally ANYONE can get in. We watched a homeless man go into the building and steal all the paper products from the bathrooms. Also the 2 bed apartments don't have windows that actually face outside therefore no natural light. Also walked into a cockroach infestation. Area is not the best and there is a lack of parking."

"I have just moved in a few weeks ago and I am hesitant to give more than 3 stars at this point. The leasing process went well and enjoyed the communication I had with Kaneesha Hollis from the tour through move in. Though since I moved in I have had seem some cockroaches and other bugs. There was pest control that came through the unit about a week ago, and I assumed it would subside... but it has not. I have put in a service request to make sure this get taken care of, but have no heard back yet. I have taken it upon myself to get some spray to try to get rid of them, but this is not a solution but temporary to help mitigate within my apartment as they are seen. Even if this can not be handled on a unit by unit basis then it needs to be handled building wide."

"Only giving 2 stars because the office staff were responsive and actually helpful, and I got my deposit back quickly after moving out. I moved in late June and I moved out after a week (slept there two nights and spent the rest in an Airbnb) because it was unbearable. The unit was infested with roaches--the little guys that come up through the drains and get into EVERYTHING. While management was sympathetic, issues like this cannot be addressed by only treating one unit. The apartment was dirty and the fridge did not work, and the A/C went out shortly thereafter. It smelled strongly of some unknown chemicals that burned my throat. My window opened up to the front door where people go out to smoke and I saw multiple drug deals go down in the 2.5 days I was actually staying there. Outside is not much better. The outdoor spaces are not secured, the hallways reek of weed, and the surrounding area reeks of dog urine and poop littered the sidewalks every few feet. I signed a lease sight unseen because I was misled by the photos on the website and was living across the state at the time. This place was a nightmare I wish I could forget. I'm glad I was able to get out of there as quickly as I did."

"Zero stars!!! This place is a mess from the front office to the unlocked doors that provide ZERO security. I looked at 3 units in March ranging from $1100-$1400, deciding not to move until now (July) we went back to see what was available and out of the 5 people sitting in the office NOT ONE PERSON got up to introduce themselves or give out any realistic timeframe for availability. Not only are the same units now starting at $1500, they NOW do not include ANY utilities, when we looked before they stated water was included. We also were told we’d receive the available units VIA email, and 4 days later NOTHING. This place is a mess. My friend lives here currently and I completely understand when they are NOT renewing their lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! The price goes up and it’s literally no changes. No pool, no real amenities, just an old warehouse with rooms barely any windows in the units. Just a big NO for me! 100% NO. Also nobody cares for the generic response you’ll comment under this review apologizing for things you should be doing in the first place. Find better office staff. It’s a HUGE reflection on your community."
