INK at Scott's Collection

"Most likely great if you are not unlucky While I have mixed feelings about this review, overall I think that Ink is a great place to live. The complex boasts a swimming pool and access to other associated buildings, while the apartments themselves are new and the facility team organizes monthly events. They are also friendly and easy to talk to. However, I do have a problem with my specific apartment, 205. There is a constant high-pitched sound that I believe is coming from the AC unit. Despite my efforts to address the issue with the facility team which lasted for months, the final resolution was that it couldn't be fixed without major interventions to the walls. Unfortunately, this sound has made it inconvenient for me to sleep. Despite this issue, I still believe that Ink deserves a high rating. If not for the persistent noise, I would have given it five stars."

"This is one of the best apartments complex in the area. They have the great location, great amenities, great staff. They also have a community happy hour or event for us once a month . I recommend this place to my co-work or family for it is an amazing place to live."

"The apartments themselves are GORGEOUS, well laid-out, and have features that just make sense. But what’s even better than the amazing apartments is the staff that supports the property. Whether it’s the maintenance manager or anyone in the office staff - everyone is incredible, welcoming, and genuinely loves what they do (I really can’t stress enough how wonderful they all are). In addition, there are resident events that people actually go to and enjoy. This creates a beautiful comradery between residents I’ve never experienced when living in a complex. So, if you have any question about whether this place is for you, ask yourself, do I want to fall in love with where I live? If the answer is yes, move here."

"My experience thus far at Ink has been fantastic. I enjoy the refreshments and the overall ambiance of the lobby. The residential floors are diligently maintained. and finally, the leasing professionals, Lexi and Felicia, are very kind and engaging."

"Fell in love with these apartments immediately! I am relocating from out of state and the staff made it so easy and comfortable for me pick an apartment. I am so excited to move-in and see what the other 2 buildings have to offer. This is by far the best building in Scott’s Addition. What other place has 3 building with different amenities for everyone to use?!? Highly recommend if you are looking for a luxury place."
