"Upon move-in the unit was filthy. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned and after multiple maintenance requests, family members helped me clean and sanitize the entire apartment thoroughly. The only thing that maintenance did was paint over the dirty walls. I moved out of the property at the end of May and nearly two months later, I still haven’t received my security deposit back or even given a move-out statement. I just saw another review posted a week ago with the same issue. This past month, I’ve called the office many times, left multiple voicemails, and emails yet still haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone. No one has returned my calls or emails. The office has completely ghosted me. Legally, the company had 45 days to return the deposit and they’ve exceeded that time frame so I’ll be taking the necessary action. I do not recommend renting from this company. Stay far away."
