"Disappointing. Apartments are very small. Electricity is very outdated. I had to purchase 3 prong adapters just to use my electronic devices. As a result, the power is weak. Also, cockroaches! I’ve had to have them come with pest control several times and I still have roaches! They are not from me - I’ve only lived here 2 weeks and I’ve never had a problem at my prior apartment. I’m counting down the time until my lease is up. I’m very disappointed UPDATE. I’ve been here a month and the only thing that I have seen them do is they put down some of those sticky traps - I currently have 3 dead roaches in one of the traps. I came home today, found 3 live roaches in one of my bowls and another 2 in my refrigerator."
"Ok so after living here a year and then recently reading all the negative reviews I HAVE to comment. I love this place. I've lived in several places around town run by several mgmt companies and this is the best yet. They INSTANTLY fill work orders (I'm talkin our dishwasher broke and we had a brand new one in 2 days) The lawn is always maintained, there are TONS of trash receptacles AND poopy stations for the BREED UNRESTRICTED NEIGHBORHOOD. I've made friends with everyone and every dog in the area and it's just the best community with well maintained units!"
"We have lived here since 2018 and it has been just a sad experience all the way around. We are SO EXCITED to be leaving here soon. Where to start? When we moved in, appliances are all from the 70s and disgusting. The kitchen floor between the dishwasher and the laundry appliances had soft spots. The knobs on the stove didn't have any markings on them and we never got an answer when we asked for replacements. Through trial and error we have been able to find HI and LO on the dials. The dryer takes 3 hours to dry 1 load of laundry. The bathroom faucet leaks and they wont fix it. The paint is peeling in the bathroom because there is no vent. The drywall in the smaller bedroom has had a large crack in it since we moved in and pieces of drywall have come off, but they will not fix it. The carpet in the smaller bedroom was poorly installed and has now come loose from the wall. We have consistently had a roach problem since the day we moved in. Complaints to management resulted in Dodson visits where they only sprayed the outside of the apartment. The few times we were made aware of Dodson stopping by to spray, we were told to have our pet put into a room with the door closed. Not wanting to leave our dog locked up all day, I took a day off work to stay home and be there when Dodson arrived. Nobody showed up and my calls to the office when unanswered, so I missed a day of pay at work. My neighbor backed into my car and when I informed management that this occurred and they have 5 vehicles which leaves nowhere for other residents to park, they told me to contact the police because they weren't going to help me with this matter. On a walk with my dog, I walked passed another apartment that was being turned for a new tenant and found a very large, dead rat outside the door in the grass. The worst I my opinion, is that in the 5 years we have been here, the air filters have been changed 3 times despite numerous calls to management and maintenance. There are permanent dust marks on the walls from where air comes through the vents."
"If I can give 0star I will give 0star.. seen I move in I alr saw the problem with bathroom but I though it’s ok for us .. we live here for 2 year with no reports anything we be nice until we move out they report the problem to us.. they charge us over 800$ for changing Floor…. We break contract we pay almost 5000$ alr.. even cleaning carpet they charge too… I keep it as experian . I let my people know never go there"
"We lived here for over a year and just moved. It was incredibly small but in a nice neighborhood. That’s about all that’s good about it. •The oven was from the 1970s and ran way hotter than what you set it for. It only had knob for the temp and no lights so you never knew when it was up to temperature. •The dishwasher never worked and they never fixed it. (There was no microwave included). •The walls in the kitchen above stove leaked brown sludge. No matter how often you cleaned it, it would always reappear within days. •The bathroom was gross and barely big enough for one person. Brown flakes came out when you ran the water through the pipes. •The parking was rough. People always parked in the handicap spot because everything else was always full. •The maintenance people ran over my umbrella clothes hanger in July - I didn’t get a replacement until the following September The real problem came when we moved out. They charged us over $300 for “tears” in the cheap flooring that were there before we moved in. I doubt they’ll actually replace the floor and just charge the next people too. It’s a find place to live as long as you don’t want quality and you never plan to leave because they’ll whack you with charges before they let you go."
