"The rental property team is one of the bests I have dealt with since moving to RVA in 2015. This is the first apartment I've stayed in for more than a year and that's mostly because of how amazing the rental team has been in handling any concerns I've had and how they make every experience been enjoyable and easy (stress-free). They typically get things taken care of pretty quickly especially the maintenance team! When I first moved in my AC and fridge had issues, but they solved the issue with urgency."

"I toured one of the apartments and must say the renovation is amazing. The amenities are great, including the roof deck! The owner is easy to get a hold of if residents have any issues. Overall a beautiful example of midcentury architecture and decor with great management (having lived in the Fan district with absentee landlords)!"

"My roommate and I have just renewed our lease with Century Flats for another year! We have been very impressed with our two-bed/two-bath unit since we moved in last June. We have enjoyed the natural light that the large windows bring in and the dormers that were installed earlier this year in an effort to reduce utility costs. We haven’t had an electricity bill over $100 in our unit with 9 windows thanks to the dormers and blackout shades that were installed for free by the building managers. We have had nothing but positive encounters with the management staff. They are always quick to respond to any question or minor issue we have had within our unit. The maintenance man, Lawrence is very professional and always a smiling face. He does a great job and really cares about the residents and his impact on the building. The building also features a community indoor/outdoor rooftop space that has been a great place to hangout, get some fresh air, and meet other people who live in the building through events hosted by the management team. I have experienced a great sense of community at Century Flats and am excited to be living here for another year."

"My roommate and I have just renewed our lease to spend another year living in our 2-bed 2-bath apartment at Century Flats. Throughout our year living here, we have been very impressed with the responsiveness and friendliness of all of the staff, especially Lawrence, who handles the maintenance of the building. Any issue we have had with our unit (which have been minimal) have been fixed quickly and conveniently. We have enjoyed the community rooftop space and easily walking to our favorite restaurants and breweries in Richmond. We have also become good friends with our neighbors and enjoy the sense of community that Century Flats creates by hosting events for residents to meet and get to know each other. The only downside to the unit we are living in is the flood light that is right outside. To remedy this, Century Flats installed blackout blinds in the bedrooms of our unit at no cost to us. I am looking forward to another year of living at Century Flats and would recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a fresh new place to live!"
