"This is the absolute WORST insurance company for customer service. DO NOT insure yourself or your property with them! If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. Our home sold quickly and therefore we were due 1/2 of our premium back which amounted to over $2000. The house closed on March 23, and here we are three months later with no money back, and they don't pay interest on the money they are holding onto either. They are fully aware that they owe the money back to us, and have acknowledged this fact, but have taken their time issuing refunds. Double standard: we have to pay them immediately and upfront before any insurance coverage is issued, but then they won't give back in a timely manner what is rightfully due. THE WORST!"
