"I have been working with Richard Fleming this past year as our direct representative for health care benefits and I can tell you that he is definitely the person you want to talk to! From the very beginning, he has helped me navigate the best policy to fit our specific needs. I had a government benefit plan coming into the year and choose to hold off on insuring myself but had a plan drawn up for my husband and toddler son. I have decided to add may self to the insurance plan officially and once again, Richard took the time to explain it all and find what meets my individual needs. I am so thankful to have been referred to him and so pleased with his professionalism, attentiveness and personable character.
