"This place is highly unprofessional and lazy. It’s like they want you to pay that rent but they don’t want to do any actually work for it. They changed management but they are still the same when it comes to actually doing any work around the units. I’ve live here (back and forth) with my mom for two years and we have been complaining about the same thing for two years. There has been property damages caused by the people above us and they said someone would come out, a week later we went and fixed it ourselves. It’s like NO ONE is ever in there, my mom calls them and they either have the same person answer the phone, or put you on hold for 20 minutes or until you finally decide to hang up and don’t call back because they won’t answer this time. Unless you don’t have to move here or have money to pair for whatever repairs you need, don’t move here"
