"I lived at the Park Wayne Apartments for a little over 2 years and it was wonderful. The apartment was really affordable and Daisy (property manager) and her maintenance team provided expedient solutions for anything that came up. The place is only a mile from downtown Silver Spring, half a mile from grocery stores and less than a quarter mile from beautiful parks and trails on Sligo Creek. Highly recommended."

"Convenient and Good for the price. I've been here for two years, now we bought a house and moved. These are the good things: The price is very good for this area. The neighborhood is very convenient for public transportation and shopping. The location is also convenient for driving and local parks and play grounds for the kid. All the utilitis and parking are also included. Maintenance is quick. However, the rooms are small and the apartment has only basic things. For example, kitchen has no dishwasher and microwave. The tenant has to buy their own AC too, usually it costs around $250. This is one time and they will install it. Some of the apartments are hardwood floor; some are carpet"

"I've lived at Park Wayne for over 15 years and it has been a wonderful experience. What I like about it the most is that it is a quiet community. I have never encounter rowdy or loud neighbors. Management knows how to pick potential tenants to make sure they are respectful and responsible people. There is no overcrowding of apartments and buildings are always clean. Whenever you have a maintenance issue, they fix the problem the same day. Parking is usually available and public transportation is a walk away."

"I've lived at Park Wayne apartments for 3 years, and I had a very pleasant experience. It is true that there is not as much closet space as one would like, but we were able to manage with storage bins and drawers. Also you cannot beat their prices for the location. You are litterally 3 minutes away from downtown Silver Spring, with buses right by the complex, and all utilities are included. The laundry room is cleaned every week day, and the most important: VERY SAFE area, specially if you have children. Also Miss Daisy, the rental manager there, was always very helpful and accomodating. I remember moving in at the beginning of April, and it was unusually warm for the season, and she gave me an A/C unit to keep since I hadn't planned on buying one so early."

"I absolutely LOVE Park Wayne! What a great apartment, great staffs. Seriously you can not find a better place to live! Very affordable, and It is a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs specially Daisy (office manager) , and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. I recommend this apartment 100%"
