He’s always polite does clean work and most important he fixes the problem which is more than I can say for some of his co workers. Frank is top notch and should be in a supervisor position of some sort."

"We enjoy living at Park at Salisbury -- good quality housing and good schools, a short drive to a variety of essential stores and businesses. We have lived here for a year now. The only thing we could wish for would be mid-range appliances instead of brands like Hotpoint and Amana -- but we can't really ask for more considering the lower cost of rent in a highly desired, safe area with excellent schools. This is a great starting point for those moving to the area, especially if you have children. We have been very lucky to have decent neighbors as well -- no issues with excessive noise either. The maintenance team is responsive and helpful. My husband and I really appreciate Frank and the rest of the team for promptly resolving our maintenance issues. Frank, Victor, and the rest of the team are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The office team is also responsive and helpful. He was professional and courteous. He figured out my issue and quickly replaced the part. He was in and out and super efficient. Thanks Frank!"

"I had a very easy application process with Emily Hunt! She was great to work -timely, knowledgeable, and even was able to show me the exact apartment that I was moving into. A quick and easy move in right before Christmas. The day after I moved in there was at issue with my tub and maintenance came over and had it fixed even in a Saturday!"
