"Just as some of the other reviews mention, the staff was very courteous. I dropped in to see if they had any available units. I was greeted very politely. Most of the time when you drop into a rental office unexpected you are not greeted well. This was not the case here. She answered my questions very professionally, told me when to check back for availability and told me to have an awesome weekend. Now, if everyone who worked customer service was this way the world would be a better place. Thanks for your superior customer service!"
"The property is never in the condition it should be for the residents and their children. The grass is almost always high. It rings down the appearance of the property. I have a family member I visit and the uncut grass, removal of all the trees in the front and too much clutter on the residents porch and front entryway. These cosmetic issues could be taken care of and the ratings would improve. Management needs to do Better!"
