Courts of Madison Apartments

"When my family moved into the house next door to these apartments, I wasn’t happy having a neighbor as an apartment building. But years ago, the courts of Madison Management went 50/50 with my family to build a new fence between their parking lot and our back yard. (Their management wanted a better looking fence than what was there before.) Fast forward to now, someone from THEIR parking lot drove thru the fence, broke it and drove off. They tore half the fence down and left pieces of car everywhere. When My family member went to their leasing office to tell them what happened, they told them that they can pay for a new fence if they want, but their management is NOT going to help pay because it’s not their fence. It’s a shared fence, that THEY asked us to help pay for years ago. They should want to fix this fence for privacy/ aesthetic reasons for their residents (and Especially since someone from their parking lot were the ones that did the damage.) This is just poor customer service, irresponsible management, and just being a bad neighbor overall. They rather have a busted fence on their property, than pay to help fix it when they’re the ones that bought the fence in the first place. Residents make sure you everything in writing from this place. Their word is not bond lol."

"Extremely POORLY managed. There is no after hours emergency service. The management is greedy, selfish, uninterested in their job, or the residents and does not care about the residents. Right now, there is no supervision at all. I do not recommend living here. There are so many other places in Silver Spring that would be a better choice. The place is also falling apart with molding, electrical problems, and water issues. STAY AWAY"

"I've lived here (700) for two years and I love it. The one thing that is a problem is the bugs. When the office is notified they do call an exterminator but the exterminator literally takes a can of bug spray and sprays a few corners and leaves. I could've done that. Everything else is great."
