The new managements Maintenance technician Vincent is doing a great job keeping the building in fantastic shape he is polite and very professional I am so pleased that he lives here in the building,, and the new community manager is always listening to what you have to say everything is going well with the new management group."

Moreover, the new management of the property deserve a 5 star as well because they have made a lot of improvements around the building. They have improved the security with several security cameras covering key areas. They have repainted the whole building inside and outside. And They have added an Amazon locker where you can retrieve packages shipped from any online store at your own convenience"

I am leaving a review today because I have been delighted by the customer service and effectiveness of the new Service manager, Vince. I have had several maintenance issues that were not addressed for a very long time in my apartment, so I was just waiting for the lease to run out and find another place. The previous servicemen did not acknowledge there was an issue let alone find a permanent solution, but within couple of days Vince fixed every single issues I had. Very knowledgeable and courteous gentleman"
