"Hello! we have lived here for almost a year, at first it was good.. thought we would have a great first time experience in this apartment but I was wrong! Lisa is very racist and very disrespectful towards young hispanics, she lied to us gave us a random charge and I called to get information on why, when that didn’t work out I called HR. Rebecca was No help either she was not understanding at all! when I tried to tell her the truth about what happened it didn’t matter what I said she didn’t care. Lisa lied about the information she told Rebecca, because what do I get out of lying? Nothing! Don’t waste your time living here unless you like to get disrespected by them!"

"Just moved in and AJ at the leasing office could not have been more helpful! She made the move in process stress free and was always available to answer any questions I had. The apartments are very nice and they are updated. So far I couldn’t be happier about my decision to move in at Clairmont!"

"Pretty good place to live. I was here for a few years. They have the fastest maintenance ever. If I call the office with a concern Lisa was always helpful. The only reason I moved is because of COVID I lost my job. Therefore I couldn’t afford the rent: Nevertheless, awesome community. Thinking of moving back soon. I don’t think other apartments in the area can compete."
