"On my apartment hunting I decided to stop into Austin woods apartment. I have to say it was most definitely a great decision. Faith took me under her wings during the tour and answered all my questions. Not only did she make the tour smooth, but she kept me updated on rent changes. Which made my decision very easy. Jessica was also a delight to work with as well. She stayed after work the day before thanksgiving, to make sure I had everything turned in and sign for me to receive my keys. Over all these two ladies were amazing and went beyond to make all of this happen for me. I highly recommend."

"My husband and I moved into Austin Woods right as the community was being built (we are the first tenants in our apartment). From the beginning, the team here at Austin Woods has been incredible. The entire leasing team is kind and courteous and address all matters/concerns as quickly as they can. The same goes for maintenance. We have submitted a few maintenance requests over the past ~2 years, and they have been handled promptly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are likely some of the nicest in the area (in terms of what you get for your money, styles & finishes, and amenities). One of the only downside or complaints would be towards some of the irresponsible pet owners. The community is very pet and dog friendly, but my husband and I constantly see people walking dogs not on leashes and not picking up waste. The leasing office does make a good faith effort to address those issues though. The only reason my husband and I will be leaving this community is because we are buying our first home. If we were not, we would continue to renew our lease and call Austin Woods home."
