I've reached out asking when this is going to be resolved and still have not heard back. This is going on 2 weeks from start of issue with no resolution or even the courtesy of reaching out to update us."

"Responsive leasing office, well-maintained grounds, conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and major highways. No issues with pest despite the age of the buildings, which is excellent. Spacious units and decent amenities. The gym is getting a much needed facelift but still gets some use. Unable to rent the leasing office for events. Would be 5 stars if the internet was better."
"The apartment grounds are well-maintained, the apartment is spacious and maintenance is responsive & helpful. BUT the constant internet outages are a real problem. The costs associated with internet and cable packages is billed to the rent statement, but is out often and NOT reliable. Other internet providers are not an option as I have tried T-Mobile and AT&T. Neither is licensed to provide service to me. It has affected my job as I work from home."
