"Had emergency maintenance on the Holiday weekend before Christmas and the maintenance guy Jamie was super awesome. Fixed everything fast in the same day and was just an awesome guy despite having to come out on the holidays. Maintenance has always been on point at this apartment unlike many others in Richmond."

"Management is terrible. Ashley and Kiki do not communicate properly. Maintenance let the apartment plumbing get so bad that a pipe busted and flooded our entire apartment ruining all most of our belongings and still expected us to move all of it out. Ashley was very insensitive to the situation especially when we had a newborn and 4 year living inside of the apartment. When addressing our issues nothing was done to help us and we were forced to move out prior to our lease ending date because the living conditions were so bad. They left us with holes in the roof due to water damages and mildew and moldy smells and possible damage to the apartment. If you know what’s good for you please do your research before moving into this complex. What looks good on the outside isn’t always great on the inside. Also we were paying $2200 a month with outdated faulty appliances and when our rental insurance reached out to speak to Ashley she was out of the office for a week and never addressed the issue. Lastly, if you look at previous 5 star reviews from residents it’s only because maintenance begs you to leave a review. Will be contacting the BBB and corporate."

"I have enjoyed my stay here. Jamie with maintenance is outstanding. He was so kind and always tried to help. He did good work on my windows when I couldn’t get them open I didn’t have many maintenance issues but he took care of everything. He went above and beyond to assist me. My apartment was always cozy. I am really happy with my stay here at."

"I’ve been living in Colonial Village for the better part of 5 years now, and the maintenance crew has always been pretty efficient. This time was no different. I put in my maintenance request late the night before, and they showed up bright and early the next day. Jamie was the one that helped me and he was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He knew what my issues were and was able to fix them immediately!"

"We just moved into the complex a couple weeks ago, and had a rough start to be honest! We moved from El Paso, TX and got a call on our cross country drive that the apartment wouldn’t be ready in time, due to the previous renters not vacating by the specified time. Unfortunately, this meant we lived in a hotel with our two cats for a bit. So, why the five star review? Well, ever since we’ve moved in they have done nothing but make up for it! The office saw to it that our apartment, and our satisfaction with said apartment, was to our liking. Kiki and Amanda from the office stayed in communication with us and any issues we had, they sent maintenance right away! We had some issues such as the washer not working (previous renters broke a new machine!) and some screens missing and things like that, Jamie was here right away and was awesome to us! He made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted. They brought a brand new washer up the very next day! So, even though we had a rough start due to circumstances with the previous tenants, the office staff and Jamie have been phenomenal in assisting us! They truly care and do everything in their power to make things good for their tenants."
