"RJ is the BEST employee this community has! I’ve been living in Kings Crossing for 4 years and no one has ever helped/treated us like RJ has. He is kind, very helpful and is so patient with customers, all companies should have employees like him. Hands down the best leasing agent Kings Crossing has ever had!! + he is bilingual!! Thanks Rj for all your help! Keep up the good work!"
"I spoke with Mr. Ronald Taylor over the phone to set up a meeting .. I found him to be very inviting.. he was very informative and pleasant to speak with. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient and attentive. He answered all my questions..I felt very satisfied and look forward to meeting him when I come to the office to view a 3bdrm apartment.. Again Mr. Taylor was very professional and informative. Thank you so much..looking forward to meeting with you. Nicole Carter"
"So, I am still a current resident. The area is very quiet, HOWEVER.... I had mold a couple of weeks ago (11-17-23) & maintenance came out, cleaned it up & gave me a dehumidifier. Maintenance guy said he would pick it up Monday (11-20). I told him I work night shift & if he could please come after 330pm that Monday. He said he would make a note. No one came & picked it up, so I ran it for a total 5-6 days (I had to empty it every day it got so full). I looked at my energy bill & noticed that I can't afford to keep running it. It has more than doubled my energy bill. I went to the leasing office on 11-25 to drop off my check for rent. I spoke to the lady in there & explained my moisture issue & that maintenance still has not come to pick up the dehumidifier. She said she would have some one come Monday (11-27) to pick it up. That has not happened yet. I still have moisture problem. Each morning there is a TON of condensation on the inside of my windows (both lower & upper) that I have to wipe down. I am afraid the mold is going to grow again. I called the leasing office on 11-28 & explained my situation again. She said they couldn’t do anything about it unless there was an active work order. So, I placed another maintenance ticket for this same issue on 11-28. I work night shift & I appreciate that maintenance did read my access instructions & called first on 12-4. HOWEVER, maintenance did not come & do anything (I was home sleeping), yet maintenance marked the order as completed. I received an email to complete a survey on the "maintenance" they did on 12-4. I have had to put yet another maintenance order in. This moisture build up & mold has affected my health. I have had respiratory issues for the past month. It started just before discovering the mold & I am still suffering. The leasing office does not seem to understand the severity of having moisture (& mold) inside the house. I will not be renewing my lease. Any mold & moisture damage that is present when I move out should not be penalized by me. This is an issue that management/maintenance needs to correct ASAP. UPDATE 12-5: Maintenance & someone from the leasing office just came UNANNOUNCED to see things… the timing of my review & them showing up so promptly is not a coincidence. Again, in my work order I had asked them to call first, as I was sleeping from working night shift last night & I go in again tonight. It is a simple ask to call first; If I am awake & available, I would answer, if not there is a good chance I'm sleeping. I understand I want this problem fixed ASAP, but I need my sleep to have a clear head to work. All they did today was walk around & look. Maintenance guy said he would talk to his supervisor about the windows. Leasing office lady was very quiet; she said next to nothing. She wasn't apologetic for me having to deal with this issue for so long or anything. The moisture issue is still a thing. Update 12-6: Received an email to do a survey on the "maintenance" they did. They didn't do anything. Just walked around... So time will tell if I hear back from them after maintenance talks with his supervisor without having to put in yet another work order. Fingers crossed. Update 12-8: Preventative maintenance came. The same dude who came on the 6th, was here. I asked him if he spoke to his supervisor yet. He said he did & that he may have called yesterday (12-7) but he had left early. I asked if he knew when they would come fix the windows. He said he didn't know it was based on the company's schedule. Again, I reminded him that I work night shift and need to know what day they are coming. It should be based on my schedule not just the window company's. Update 12-12: called leasing office to see if maintenance had gotten in touch with their supervisor. Lady from leasing office said that they did but it has only been 4 days. She stated she would write an email to him & try to see if they got in contact with the vendor & that she would let me know."
"We can’t say enough positive things about Kings Crossing! We contacted them via of website due to us relocating. We actually applied to two of their properties without knowing. They let us know they would only process one and if we decided to live in the other there would be no fee to transfer. We had scheduled appointments to view at both properties. We ended up arriving a day early and they accommodated our showings a day early. We fell in love with the location, property and staff immediately. From application to keys in our hands was from Friday night to Wednesday night. Our move in was easy and three night at our new home and we LOVE it!"
"Love this complex! Teresa has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. About a month ago we moved into a one bedroom townhome but ended up needing more space for our now growing family and she promptly helped us transfer to a larger Apartment. Even with my indecisiveness Teresa was attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions! Showing multiple apartments and actually verifying everything was in working order during the show. They are also GREAT about allowing pets. I would highly recommend renting from Kings Crossing and I can assure you, I am a real happy resident here. While we understand that real estate is a business, she did not make it feel that way!"
