"I have been working with Bay Property Management Group for only a couple of months to manage our rental property and it has been unpleasant. Tenants needed new appliances ordered. One of them had to be delivered on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. Because our property manager did not give me a working number to reach the tenants to inform them of a delivery time, I had to suddenly drop everything I was doing when the appliance delivery service called me and said they were coming within 20 minutes. Called the tenants only to find out it was a bad number, called Bay's 24-hour hotline but they couldn't reach the tenants either and told me that this didn't qualify as an emergency for them to send anyone out to help, then I had to ask building management to help me track down the tenants for me. Asked for an accommodation to my management fees due to the inconvenience only to be denied. Feel stuck with them for the rest of this lease!"
"If want have broken appliances for multiple days and almost no contact from anyone in the company please rent from here. This company is a joke. Called/emailed/texted multiple times to get appliances fixed. They’re quick to respond regarding signing the lease and receiving payment but the minute you ask to get something checked you will not hear for days. If and when they respond they bill the tenant without a receipt or notice on top of the rent amount. We requested a move in checklist multiples before moving. Definitely not clean and paint was chipping. The previous tenant still had house key. Shower tiles are moldy. This is by far the most unprofessional excuse for a property management. I have encountered in my many years of renting. I am disappointed as I am sure the owner intends on renting a nice property to tenants yet the management company has made living here a very stressful experience for me and my roommates by not performing the bare minimum job duty of being responsive to tenants."

"I have been so unhappy with Bay Property Management Group's handling of my lease and maintenance requests that I am terminating my lease in a great area in a cute, affordable apartment - and that is saying a lot! Months of delays in mold remediation, threatening messages for fees I am not liable for and "required" special cleaning services that were not mentioned in the lease agreement with of course, threats of fees and additional charges if not met. Move-in was fine but everything after a total nightmare!"
