"First time coming to get some supplies, store says it was open online, showed up and says “be back in 10 minutes”. Ive waited 20 and no one has come back. Cant believe the unprofessionalism these days. It is such a disservice to your customers. Waisting their time, energy, and resources like this."

"I give them five stars not for their service.. as a matter of fact we were kind of left to our own devices by the staff member on duty we took our first water sample in he handed it back rattle off some random words we had no clue about and walked away.. I give them five stars for their selection. And user friendly display and sample printouts.. we even asked for assistance in finding a filter for our hot tub.. and we're rather absent-mindedly pointed to a corner at the front of the store and told " if we have it it might be there" .. mind you, we had the filter in her hand and never have dealt with a hot tub / spa/pool/anything before. I felt a little unserved so to speak. After roaming around the store for 20 minutes I finally figured out the display system related to the printout system and decided upon products. Amid no recommendations or knowledgeable assistance. It was rather clear by our aimless roaming that we had no clue what we were doing.. I'm just not sure if body language is a language that this associate was remotely fluent in. I will go back because they are locally centric and very close to my home. Not to mention on the way home from work. But I will remember that I don't get assistance and do my due diligence prior to entering the store as to what my needs may be. Now this may sound like a negative review it is not. Leslie pools and spa was amazing the items they did have in stock had a vast selection everything from recreational needs to temperature needs to chemical needs to replacement part needs. Well it's impossible to carry everything they did have a good sample of all the things you would use in pool and spa. Thank you for being there although you need to be a self-service store especially if that associate is still there no I did not get his name and I will not call it out. But moreover if you read these and take them to heart I would recommend making sure that your customers know where they're going and know what they're doing especially when they ask for assistance. "Friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable. This is my first year with a pool and the staff here have been my very best resource as I navigate the waters (ha ha) of pool ownership. A mistake they made was quickly and generously corrected. Priced so close to Walmart as to not make a difference. A+ from me!"
