"When our kitchen sink was blocked we called on maitenance for help.Herman Conteras was knocking on our door almost immediately to investigate the situation and then he lost no time in bringing in his equipment to unblock the sink. We are very happy with his attention to our problem and offer our profuse thanks."

She is unprofessional and very rude. She always looked on her phone while touring and did not pay attention when I was taking or asking her questions. This is the worst touring I've ever encountered. Moreover, people do smoke weed and smell up the hallways."

"So I recently toured here with a lady named Ogechukwu & For the life of me I can’t recall the other lady that shadowed her . As a someone who works in Property management, I really enjoyed being toured and shopping for my next home . She was very professional, knowledgeable and polite! The property has great amenities , sq and prime location as well . While I wait my offer letter I have all intentions on applying Here to call this my new home. "one star is way too good. The community is ok good people seem to live here for the most part. The leasing office and the dirty tactics that are played trick people into staying in this community. Don't trust rent negations better yet get everything in WRITING! I don't know how increasing my rent $2049 by 2% ended up with my rent being raised to $2285 before taking 2% from that and my rent being $2239. When I mentioned what was discussed I was asked why would I increase your rent by 2% of your current rent rate because to increase it 2% of the proposed rent would mean I was to pay more than the proposed rent. Finding out that a unit identical to mines is being marketed online for what 2% of my current rent rate is was the final straw for me. Then there is the front desk staff out of the two of them only one is professional and friendly. The one with the short hair needs to check her attitude and condescending demeanor at the door prior to walking in to begin her working shift."
