"I’ve been living here for a little over a year and will say that management does its best to be responsive to resident needs and concerns. The best leasing agent though is Emma, she’s so friendly and always greets residents with a smile. She knows pretty much everyone’s name because she’s so outgoing. She’s very helpful and just overall makes you feel welcomed. Love her! As for the building, it’s brand new and most residents are the first tenants in their units. Because it’s new it’s modern and clean (for the most part), they have a cleaning crew that comes throughout all times of the day and weekends, so trash rooms are never filled for too long, halls are mopped, and trash picked up. Free coffee in the lobby though I rarely use it, the common areas are well maintained, the staff plan really nice events (sadly I can’t really participate because of work). The only downside are VERY THIN walls, noisy residents and those with pets who don’t keep up with them, cleaning after their mess or making sure they’d not making loud noises during quiet hours."
