"Cousin was trying to pay lease and the down-payment the landlord started saying she couldn't hold the apartment without her paying extra when her move in date was in a couple weeks. Was really rude towards her when she was confused on what was going. They ask for a move in date but if you pay the lease before your move date your paying the rest of the month. Highly unprofessional attitude."
