"I just called the number listed here for united flights to ask a simple question about carry on items and got hung up on the first time and when I called back I got told to call united and hung up on again. Totally rude. Guy named Lance. Even if he was not the person who could answer my question there is no excuse for treating a customer that way. I was calm and polite and just tried to ask a question."
"I would give United zero stars at this point if I could. They promote a United explorer card which provides fraudulent promises like a free checked bag. I was charged for checked bags going both ways on a recent trip! Just got off the phone with Patricia -a supervisor who said she could not remove the charges!
