"I have used Enterprise for every car/truck rental I've needed. My only issue with this last rental was being asked where I was headed. That was unsettling. This was my first time using this location. I'll probably stick to using the location I have in the past. Enterprise have a lot of locations in my area so it is very convenient to rent a car and pick it up within miles of my house as well as using my current account to rent car from airports. I like the fact that there is a points program that eventually allows for a free rental. A plus is that their rentals have unlimited miles and even have so free miles for the box trucks and vans which is perfect for if you need to move within your city or area. The rates are always reasonable."

"My daughter bought her first car here last week! Outstanding customer service and she got a great car! A shout out to Delante Boykin, the sales rep, who spent hours with us looking at and going over cars, answering many questions. And, a shout out to the manager Rasheed J. Clark who went out of his way to hear and acknowledge customers while we were there. Great place... when we can buy again, we'll be back!"

"I can’t think the guys at enterprise enough!! I drive a 2019 Toyota forerunner and it broke down in Alexandria Virginia, Jay Collins provided excellent customer service and provided a luxury vehicle that allowed me to feel stress free from the burden and worry i had dealing with insurance to fix my truck. On the first day i arrived Austin Nicholas was so helpful and the process was fast & efficiently ran. Abigail did the walk thru and set me up with the first rental a huge spacious suburban. I returned a few days ago and Jay & his partners got me the 740I BMW & I lovedddd it! Bret such a sweetie and helpful as well. "I’ve rented from this Enterprise locations twice now. Each time they have been nice and courteous. My reservations has been ready and the car available. They explained things well and were personable. I’ve not had any issues. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because I typically pick a car that is like to rent and the rental I picked wasn’t available. But they gave me another one that was very nice."

"First rule of car rental: a reservation means you actually have a car available. No cars of any kind available when I checked in, even though I’d called half an hour prior to confirm my pickup at a nearby body shop. I was left waiting with no follow up for 20 minutes while someone was supposed to be getting a SUV from another location. Staff tried to put me in a tiny electric car, refused this as it was a long term rental and I had no means to charge it. Next up was a heavily used small hybrid that they claimed was full size. Took it as I needed to move on, with the promise they’d find a SUV like I reserved. Swapped cars later in the afternoon and at least they had the courtesy to comp a tank of gas. Remainder of rental was fine, return was fine."
