"Would give 0 stars if I could. We rented a house through this company for 11 months. There were serious issues after some time with mold in the house and mold ended up covering many of our belongings. It was all over the attic and in our closets due to an issue with the crawl space. We raised the flag and were yelled at by their staff during this stressful time as we tried to work with them to come to a solution. We were told it would be fixed within weeks. 5 months later and we opted to pay to break our 2 year lease because we became concerned for our health. They actually made us wait until the work was complete before we could break the lease. Truly the most stressful and traumatizing experience. We had people in and out of our house for months during the pandemic which wasn’t ideal. Never once heard “I’m sorry this is happening”, an alternative solution, or even kindness or empathy for what we had to deal with. No compensation for items lost to mold- Nothing! Just the worst customer service i have ever come across. I do NOT recommend this company. If you do rent with them, I suggest keeping email records instead of talking on the phone so that you have a trail. I am not one to leave bad reviews typically, but I tried really hard to get in contact with the owner while it was happening and had many unreturned calls and emails. We had to fight tooth and nail to stick up for ourselves and eventually lost the war and just paid to be free. Beware!"

Premier handles everything professionally, makes the process super easy, found us the perfect tenants who have remained for 5 years and just signed a new lease.
