"I just signed a lease here, and Christi was amazing to work with! I'm going to be relocating to Pikeville, and it has been challenging to find a place to live, given I live 1100 miles away. However, in a matter of two days, I was able to apply, get approved, and secure an apartment - Thanks to Christi! She was very responsive, went out of her way to send me pictures of the apartment (because I wasn't able to visit in person), and got me the leasing documents and terms quickly. Since I have dogs, this was one of the few places in the area that allowed them. Between allowing pets and Christi's customer service - I was sold without having ever stepped foot on the property. It's a relief to have this piece of my relocation journey completed; I'm hopeful that the rental experience will be as good once I arrive."

"Speaking with Christi has made my search for short term leasing very easy; she is very helpful and responds back quickly as well as helping me find items for my apartment. I am a traveler and this is one of the nicest apartments I have seen that has a washer and dryer furnished and furnished furniture options, the gym spacious with good quality equipment, as well as the club house has a pool table and is just a good area to lounge. The only downside is that there is no pool or a good balcony view but it is convenient to shopping and is a short distance to my work site. I will give another update after moving in."
