"I absolutely loved my time living here. The landlords can be a little “serious” but when i had a sudden water leak they immediately came to help even though it was late at night. I loved walking to the farmers market on the weekends and never had issues with street parking right outside except on busy weekends. The building is old, but if you’re looking for a place with personality and charm this is it."
"Terrible customer service. the gentleman that answers the phone always has an attitude and never wants to help anyone that is perspectively looking at the property. Would never live here just based off the one phone call that I had."
"RATS, spiders, paper-thin walls, but worst of all (and you can ask any tenant) is the landlords. Beyond rude. They are nicely designed units, but upkeep is almost non-existent, you watch cobwebs in common areas just keep building up."
