Rivermont Park apartments

"My one bedroom apartment had ample space and was nice overall, aside from some clear signs of age which is to be expected from an almost 100 year old building. The former manager was new at the time I signed the lease was very kind was very kind and helpful despite being extremely busy. There were times when maintenance requests were not fulfilled in a timely manner, though staff was very friendly. The new management seems to be very kind and accommodating as well. I would say some updates and fixes are needed but I had a positive experience living here overall."

"This has to be the worst living experience I've ever experienced. DO NOT rent from here. The AC was down for SIX months! The ceiling in the bathroom COLLAPSED, these apartments are ridiculously old. Do not be fooled by the nice landscaping, the inside of the buildings are dirty and dark, and spider webs are everywhere! The mailboxes are broken, literally anyone can steal your mail. A one-bedroom here is not worth 850 at all, the quality of living is POOR. The communication is terrible, the maintenance is terrible, and the apartment as a whole is terrible. I can not wait until my lease is over. RUN!"

"I have lived here for a couple of years and have to say since the new property manager took over in December of 2022 living here has been such a good experience. Prior to December it was difficult to get In contact with anyone to solve maintenance issues or answer any questions you as a tenant may have. Now the current property manager is prompt, kind, and makes living here a much better experience."

"We have lived here for 9 months...we have been out of power 5 times (only a few were because of weather). The stairs lights keep going out. Management will not answer and when they do they are rude. Management will not help you. There was a huge stain on the kitchen floor when we moved in and now the ceiling is cracking, bubbling, and mildewing in large areas. You will pay $800+ for living here when in reality you should be paying around $500 for the quality of living. It could be worse but it has many flaws as far as the building and management."
