"This is a poor excuse for a establishment. Management is HORRIBLE ! They don’t answer phone calls , they don’t return voicemails , they don’t want to come out and fix ANYTHING and last but not least there is a infestation of raccoons at the dumpsters and around apartments ! Management won’t even send anyone out to simply assess the issue . Please don’t ever pay a penny to rent from this “ Company “ ."
"This is the most unconcerned management company i have ever delt with. The ac has been out for five weeks with two work orders placed and still not fixed. The builings are in poor condition and the stairs are dangerous. For what you get, the rent is to high and going up in November. My advice, don’t rent from this management company; nothing will ever get fixed!!!!!!!"
