Reviews
"Great planners for trip! Steve, Joanne & Bonita are wonderful"
"I have never experienced a bad trip with shenandoah tours. I would travel with them over any other tour company."
"I'm changing my review based on a recent trip that I went on. I still think that they're the best company in the area that offer group experiences and all of the staff seem helpful. I would recommend asking questions before you just decide to go on one of their tours though. Sometimes the description and the itinerary can be misleading. The Footprints in Time was really disappointing for me. It's a three day and two night stay in Ocean City Maryland with tours to Assateague and Chincoteague Islands, which is almost exclusively done by bus. You don't have hardly any time to explore either island on foot or even the boardwalk in Ocean City. On the other hand their Niagara Falls Moments to Remember tour was extremely enjoyable for me and it gives you a lot more free time to explore the area on your own if you want to."
"Have not been on a trip with them yet. Our 1st cruise is in December with them. So far they are really helpful and friendly."
"The tour was great as always, but the "coach" was HORRIBLE. Severe vibrations almost knocking down the overhead compartments, a high pitch whistle that was ear piercing and the A/C that couldn't be shut off so it blew all the time on our heads. This "coach" should be in the junk yard. If this is what one gets for the money, find another company that gives nice coaches to ride in. Lots of complaints from other riders as well."
