"Inexperienced, lazy and horrible service. I had booked ticket for my family of 4 to fly from Washington DC to Nepal and we had a 16 hour transit in Abu Dhabi. I and my two kids have a US passport but my wife has a Nepali Passport. We were not given a hotel in Abu Dhabi during our 16 hour transit because my wife did not have a visa for Abu Dhabi to get to the hotel. Travel House had not informed us that my wife needs a visa to get a hotel in Abu Dhabi due to her Nepali Passport. It was like hell staying with two small kids, one 17 months and one 3 and half year old in the airport for 16 long hours. Had they informed us that my wife needs a visa due to her Nepali passport, we would have got one as we live very close to Washington DC and we could have gone to Abu Dhabi embassy in DC and gotten the visa. The transfer desk of Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi airport informed us that they had sent the travel agency an email to obtain a visa for the Nepali passport which was not forwarded to us. It was very inconvenient for us due to their lack of providing us true and complete information. Please be aware and get all the information on your own before you book a ticket from this travel agency as you will get in a lot of unnecessary trouble like us because of their not doing their job honestly."
