"Bad service, mom mother purchase a ticket and was giving a the wrong time. She was stuck in the airport, when i called nancy she said she will call me back, she never called back, she was very rude, not letting me talk, she would talk over me. When i ask her what she was going to do to solve the problem she said go to the main airline company in peru they will solve the problem. My mother went there and they told her that valdemar was supposted to fixed the issue. She still in peru since yesterday and they havent solve anything. At this point we will puerchase a new fly, but never again we will do business with someone who careless for their client like Nancy."

"Called and talk to "Nancy" wanted to buy two tickets to Europe for the month of April but I had a couple of questions, I asked her what was more economic, arriving to one country and leaving from another and she did not waited for me to finish and she said "low season is september" then I tried to ask what days better to travel and she did not wait for me to finish when she asked again "what dates are you traveling" so I asked again is t the same to travel to one country and leave from another?
