"I have been the Director of Wellness at The Blake at Charlottesville for a year and a half and Alejandre the Director of Marketing has been a great asset to my community. She has assisted me in streamlining my admission process, I send her the information and she sets up admission for the day the person comes to our community. Even if they are unable to utilize the resident's insurance she will go above and beyond to make sure that the resident is seen by a company. She is now assisting us with our new in-house provider. Communication is always fast and efficient. I also want to recognize Courtney, while Alejandre was out on Maternity leave she was my contact and she was very helpful during that time and even made time to assist me with treats for my staff for CNA week. Interim is definitely a great community partner!"

"Oh my!!!! Where do I start? I have been with Interim since March 2019. It has most definitely been the BEST company that I have worked for by far. Management is awesome with the employees and the patients. As, an employee they are very understanding when it comes to your own family. Interim really goes out their way to meet all expectations of employees and patients. It’s a package all wrapped into one. What an absolute great place to work. I would recommend them to anyone whether it be family, friends or prospective employees to come join the Interim family. Love it!!!"

"I wouldn't suggest Interim Healthcare in Charlottesville Virginia to anyone because of how some of there staff treated me as employee . Example : I was a disability employee couldn't make but a certain about of money and my client was looking for 5 days week and i could only do 4 days. and i talk to human resource and told them my situation and got and ok from them and they told me to keep them posted on any changes and i said i will, two week later i week to work on March 8,2021 work my shift and went home and about 2:50 that evening i got a calling from the scheduler telling me i didn't have to go back that they had someone for Monday through Friday. Didn't even give me a notice so i didn't have a job. But today April 23,2021 I email human resource to let them know that i had 5.65 hour of PTO time and Ms. Arreguin email me back and told me that i was not eligible to receive that PTO time due to my not leaving on good standing and no call no show this is correct but it ok for the scheduler to call me and tell not to come because she got someone for 5 days for this client, this is very poorly done. without any notice. let me make this clear that 5.65 hour i earned and i will take this further and look into this because i didn't see this in the policy this need to be shown."

If you want to get immediate assistance and request returned phone calls, look elsewhere. If you want to be reimbursed promptly and painlessly, look elsewhere. If you want to be assigned one of their caregivers, look elsewhere. If you want to be served as promised by your initial contact with this agency, look elsewhere. "Although their PT's & OT's meet the minimal standards to provide care, their admin people are rude & ruthless in payment collection. If at all possible, avoid this company that only wants to get your last nickel. The benefits are not worth the financial pain they inflict."
