"I had moved to a new state VA, got married we found this amazing apartment. clean, large living space all the bells and whistle that one would want so many extras, the area offers banking stores school parks all type of food places. simply great even a pool. Mostly I want to say the management work with me closely with my affairs to vacant due to the loss of my husband. Who does that these days especially after the covid-19 epidemic the rental market hit us all. My husband passed away suddenly after 3 month of marriage here. so I give this apartment a 10 STAR"

"Lived there for 3 years. Took good care of place, never caused trouble, never missed a payment. When I moved out they are now trying to claim I had large holes in the walls, pet urine everywhere, destroyed oven. Luckily I took video of literally every square inch of the apartment and am now hiring a lawyer to fight them because of their dishonesty. They also approved use putting in a shelf and are now trying to charge us stating that we were not approved despite documentation from them. Additional surprises to know about if you are thinking about renting: They have special lights and you have to buy your bulbs from them for 7$ each. In the winter they do not clean the sidewalks, they clean a 1-2' wide path that quickly freezes over. Several of the people in the complex (including myself and my mother) fell. They advertise a two swimming set up but they do not open the kid one and the other is only one 2-3 days a week. Its a nice apartment and the area is safe, neighbors were very nice. Unfortunately CSW is incredibly dishonest so I would strongly avoid any apartment building or rental property they own."
