"Toured this location on May 20, 2021. When I walked from the door to my car I was COVERED in fleas. Have not heard back from the property since addressing the issue with them. Aren’t inspections supposed to be done once a tenant vacates? Wish I could give zero stars"

"I live there for almost a year. My heat and air conditioning system was going out. Maintenance came to try and fix it and they had to call several professional companies because it needed a new system. Everyone of them gave them a quote but it was too expensive for them to put in. I have asthma and without heat and cold air my asthma gets very bad. My electric bill for a one bedroom was almost $400 every month. I finally had enough and they weren't doing anything about it I moved out. Still cant get in touch with the office to talk about my unpaid balance and how I think they need to clear it. Would not recommend this place at all."

"I looked into renting an apartment here because it was close to my current location. After leaving several voicemails with the property management company but not getting a response I went to the office of the property management company and spoke to someone. The person I spoke with took down my name and number and said she would pass it along. She called me a couple hours later to find out if I had heard anything which I hadn’t. She said she would follow up the next week but never did. I still have yet to hear anything back and it’s been over two weeks. Good luck trying to rent an apartment here."

"I lived at this location for two years and two months. I was ecstatic to get out. My son, who is now four, and I have both been diagnosed with asthma. I immediately told the landlords upon moving in on my move in papers that it was evident that the man below me smoked cigarettes in his apartment. They never did anything to stop him. The man actually later passed away while were still there and I have photos of a DME provider carrying out oxygen takes, meaning this man could have killed all of us with his reckless behavior smoking and using oxygen. The landlords did nothing. Maintenance takes FOREVER and the landlord would not get back to me no matter how much I called and left voicemails or attempted to send secure messages through their rental website. It wasn't until I told them I had MUSHROOMS growing in my BATHROOM from a slow leak from the back of my toilet I didn't know I had that made them finally return my call. I have been out since July 1st. The lease says the security deposit/itemized bill would be sent to my new address within 45 days of exiting yet I have received nothing from them... I paid rent on time the entire time and was a good tenant. I cleaned the apartment entirely. When leaving, I did notice that the walls all had a light black tint on them due to the cigarette smoke coming through my vents. It was awful. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. They have many apartment complexes they run and it is evident that this one is not a priority to them. Very glad to have purchased a house now and never will need to rent again."

"I have lived here for 4 years....never been late on rent. 3 weeks ago my ac went out...the maintenance guy for the property has been by twice, and finally a professional hvac company came by 9 days ago and said I needed a new unit. I have called and left messages as to when I will get some relief. You see...I have Lupus and can't live in these condition ( it's 80 degrees in here). So I went by the office today to ask when this will be fixed. I didn't raise my voice, I didn't use foul language, I simply sat down and said I will wait until you notify the correct people to fix this situation. And... I was told that if I didn't leave they were going to call 911."
