"If I could give this place a negative I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. May be nice apartments, but the office staff is horrible. My whole experience with them has been a pain since we submitted an application. Unlike other places they demand a $99 deposit at the time of submission (this is not the application fee.) This is supposedly to be used if you get approved to hold your apartment. My boyfriend and I went to tour some apartments and were told that our application was approved, and told that day that we would be getting a townhouse. After hearing nothing for a while we wanted to verify with them and see what we needed to do next and we were told that someone who had applied and been approved after us got the townhouse we were supposed to be getting even though they had this $99 that is supposed to be a deposit for said building/holding fee. Then after that we were told we'd be in an actual apartment we had also looked at. When I emailed again to verify that we were getting this apartment so I could give my notice to our current landlord we were told nothing was suddenly available until months out. Reasons included were cleaning, putting carpet down, etc. After arguing with them we decided to forget it and just get our money back. Their agreement says they keep the application fee, but not the $99 deposit if there is no agreement made. It has been months since all of this happened and I still have not ever received my money from them. I can't email the manager I was working with because it seems she no longer works there and have been ignored in emails I sent on their website concerning this issue. My advice, hold on to your money and patience and look somewhere else."

"Other than the fact that the apartment was not clean when we moved in! everything has been very decent for Apartments style living. Maintenance shows up in a timely manner. Unlike other reviews I’ve seen. the front desk is friendly and helpful."

"Ever since D&F took over the property the rent had almost doubled, there have been no actual improvements to the rental units or living conditions other then having the pot holes fixed and some fresh paint on the curbs. The office staff is generally difficult to work with and seems like they dont care about the tenant's. Through conversations with multiple other tenant's it also seems that my experience is not unique... I'm sure this comment will generate a generic response but be forwarned about renting here."

"If I could I would give this place a 1/2 star or none tbh! This place is a joke!!!! Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR RENT ELSEWHERE!!!!! These new owners are worse than the 2 previous owners & that's saying something! Everyone is hired by Indeed....no one knows anything...I can't get any answers to any of the questions I have! Also, People speed through this complex...heavy police presence has been a lot lately and no one picks up after their animals here nor do they spray for pests! Have carried fleas on me just from walking outside to in."

"The entire staff was extremely warm and welcoming. There's always someone to help you and nobody makes you feel like just another prospect. The leasing team is kind and lighthearted making you feel as if you’re already home! I spoke with the leasing agent Sophia and her personality is simply captivating. She was extremely knowledgeable during the tour process and able to address and highlight all my wants, needs, questions and concerns in the unit. I highly recommend the Everett for your next home!"
