Brandon Point Apartments

"Terribly ran by incompetent people. We had to remind them three times that we applied before they did anything. Pool was only open for a couple weeks in the summer. Tennis court was completely unusable. Multiple hallway lights went out for weeks at a time. Smoke detector outside our door went off for over an entire day after we reported it to the technicians. If they can't take care of the complex how do they expect us to? They charged us over $830 dollars in cleaning fees including $150 dollars in keys $32 dollars in a t shirt left at the apartment and $90 dollars to sweet the living room. Complete crooks with no professionality or care. Live somewhere else."

"The worse staff I've ever seen. If you complain to much they will kick you out. Lived there for 5 years. Wouldn't renew lease because we complained about a neighbor using racial slurs! Then we complained about that same neighbor peaking in our bedroom window. Plus many other complaints about the Apt itself. Nothing done. I would advise never to rent from these people. I own a house now and so glad I got away from these racist."

"I have lived at Brandon Point (Stratford Park Apartments) for two years now and couldn't be any happier! First impressions...the apartments are beautiful! The colonial style buildings are gorgeous and the grounds are always well kept. For the size of our community i am always impressed by how quiet it is here. During the school breaks and summers, it is still a very peaceful community. (I work from home so this is much appreciated.) Within my building, I can say, there is a bond amongst the neighbors and a mutual respect for each other. The apartment... is VERY spacious, providing a spacious dining area and an eat-in kitchen, 2 baths, dish washer and washer and dryer included. The attention to details in the flooring, lighting and cabinetry is something I've seen in apartments that charge A LOT more for rent. Staffing...maintenance is always prompt and professional, and the office staff are always friendly and approachable. Overall...very impressed, very happy to call Brandon Point (Stratford Park Apartments) my HOME, and will continue to do so for many years to come!"

"This past May my Wife and I decided not to renew our lease at our old place and started searching for a place to call home. I have lived in this area all my life and never knew these apartments were tucked in behind Brandon Avenue. Once we actually got to see the apartments we were in awe! They are BEAUTIFUL, we couldn’t believe the size of the rooms and how quiet it was. The property is well maintained, the mountain views are gorgeous, but what sold me was the gentleman who showed us around the apartments. He knew all the tenants names, asked about their families, and even knew the name of their pets!!! To me, that says so very much! We absolutely love our home and hope to be here for many years to come!!"

"I just recently moved in and I couldn't be more pleased! The staff is more than helpful, maintenance is same day repairs, and my neighbors all are kind and mind their own business. The apartment is a tad pricey, however, my apartment is sooo quaint and has lots of character. I couldn't be happier with my choice to move here! I hope to be here for years to come, I absolutely love it here!"
