Sterlingwood

"Moved out yesterday 06/16/ 23 while this place isnt unlivable is also is not how they portray it. We moved in last october and the carpet was already dirty but they said they replaced it, the let me, my 3 yr old daughter almost freeze during the coldest and windyest days because they didnt want to fix the door, everything leaked and your cant get anyone to do thwir job. If you got to the office you can catch catlin and barbra taking back a drink or tow during business hours all while downing their residents as poor or useless. This apartment complex is too expensive for tge little they offer. If you EVER have any issue with the front office you wont get anywhere their owning company greenbriar wont return calls or they pass it back to them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS PLACE TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO AVOID IT AS WELL. Also as of 06/16/23 we didnt get our mail for 2 months because they refuse to fix the mail boxes."

"I lived in Sterlingwood for nearly 2 & 1/2 years from August of 2016 to January 2019. While all places have issues, any issues I did have were taken care of promptly. The rental manager, Kayla, was very easy to get along with and made my living there very smooth."
