"Lived here over a year now. Promised renovations haven't happened, and a rampant bug issue. Sewage leak in my building for months that hasn't been taken care of. Laundry facilities that only sometimes work, when it does work it charges more than advertised. There are buildings with whole windows missing and drywall exposed."
