"These apartments are brand new and top tier from the staff to the amenities to the apartment itself. It truly seems like they researched all apartment styles in Charlottesville and one-upped each one when building these. The kitchen is amazing with plenty of extra counter space, pantry and storage. Outlets on your balcony for convenience. Plenty of different layout styles to match your needs. Top reasons to live at Altoview: Dog park, people there daily for play sessions and there are quite a few dogs living in this area! The saltwater pool is AMAZING- feels like a resort. The fitness area has everything you could want and mountain views to look at while you're in there. The community itself is different than any other place I've lived. People are genuine and kind. Most importantly, the staff. They are always happy and ready to assist. Any work order put in gets taken care of promptly. Walking into the clubhouse, you're always greeted by name with genuine care. Garrett, Jamal and Allie are fantastic :)"

"Altoview Apartments is nothing short of amazing! Since the day that I toured, I have noticed how they go above and beyond for their tenants. I moved to Virginia from up North so when I came to town prior to moving here, I tried to look at some potential apartments before I left. I came to Altoview without any prior notice and I figured the worst they could say is they didn’t have time to show me around or tell me about the community. But Garrett was so warm, welcoming and accommodating. He made the time to show me the various floor plans they had available and go through all the information about the apartments and the application process on such short notice. The apartment community itself is beautiful. The gym and the club house is clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool is so relaxing and peaceful, and the grill area is perfect for small get togethers. Not only that, the leasing office is amazing at communicating what is going on in the community. They also have hosted multiple events for the tenants to get to know each other and have fun. The most recent was trivia night! My apartment is modern, with tall ceilings, granite countertops, up to date appliances, and plenty of storage. It is everything I could need/want and more! Altoview Apartments is unlike any other place I’ve lived and I’m so happy I chose them for my home! And nothing beats the sunset view from my balcony!"

"This apartment complex is gorgeous. It is elevated and has the most wonderful views of the Blue Ridge mountains. It is new and has the most amazing salt water pool and cozy bonfire/grill area. Altoview has to be by far one of the coziest places to ever be called home. If you appreciate high end and luxury, this is the apartment for you."

"Altoview is an exceptional place to live! The apartment itself is fantastic—modern, spacious, and filled with natural light. The gym is great & always clean along w the clubhouse. Out of all the apartments in Charlottesville I’m glad I picked this one. What truly sets it apart is the people. Jamal specifically has been so helpful & kind in my time living here. Whenever there's even a minor issue, Jamal is there & quickly helps resolve it. His kindness and helpfulness have made living here an absolute pleasure.
