"I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, they recently raised my rent from $1208 to $1573, for a three-small bedrooms apartment, this is a huge increase at once, and now all my income goes into my rent and I am mentally stressed with this, I am glad they recently terminated the property manager Amy D.; she was so very disrespectful and racist person, we asked her to fix our oven about a year ago, but she never fixed it for us. Find a place for yourself where you will not have the tension of signing 40 pages on renewal of your lease. If you move to these apartments then you will need to sign a lot of papers and provide a lot of documentation every year while renewing your lease,"

"I been here since 2019 2023 new property manager Amy is off the chain. She is very racist she doesn't like white women with mix children. She picking with everyone she has 17 eviction cases in court tomorrow she is trying to get people to loose there voucher cause she doesn't like people who are in housing. She trying to evict 31 people. She is stealing money and has not gotten caught yet. Corporate will not do anything about these complaints.She think she owns this company. GOD please help us all. They say she is on drugs several residents are complaining about this lady."

"Please do not try to move in to these apartments if you can afford rent anywhere else , we moved here to Timberland Park Apartments since they newly constructed these apartments in 2019 , we are still here and tolerating the situations as we cannot afford outside rent , but we are planning to move out from here as soon as our current lease expires, based on the below points I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, I love the location and new apartments but it has No good neighborhood The property change managers so often the property company has very bad management Not a safe place , so far two deaths and other security incidents occurred in these apartments, the water and sewer bills are so high maintenance people are not responding to work orders in weeks , you can see trashes and garbage’s everywhere in the premises not a safe place for the kids , I have so many other reasons that’s why I am not recommending this property to any one , God help me and other renters and give us a lot of money in our life’s to own a house to release from these apartments stressful life ,! Amen"

"Overall the property itself is nice , but the property managers will Harass you and place notes on your doors for small amounts like $10 and will proceed with evictions. I was aware that you have 30 days from the date to pay water bills . I am tired of being threatened with evictions for $30"

"Timberland Park Apartments is the worst place to ever live they have nobody in the office they barely have a maintenance man that comes in to check every unit they literally have nobody here to do anything nothing works properly here these buildings,these apartments We’re built very fast so barely anything works do not I repeat do not apply here till late because you will not be satisfied as of now I am looking for a new place best bet look over this place and do not apply here...."
