"I spoke to Eric and Nichole at Sparks they were the absolute best. The apt photo's are awesome. I can't wait to see it in person. And they allow fur babies."

"This apartment complex has been the absolute worse experience. When first moving into the unit there were multiple windows broken. That were reported an in two years have still not been fixed. There was a major roach infestation that kept being reported but ignored by management. The shared laundry units are not operational 50% of the time. The common grounds are always dirty with trash. There are no safety or security precautions. Management will give less than 24 hours notice for having to vacate your apartment or that there will be people in your apartment. The office hours are ridiculous and only available when most people have to work. The only positive thing I will say about this complex is the maintenance team has improved in the last 3 months."

"I work for a local non-profit agency, and our experience with Spark apartments has been absolutely stellar! The Spark Apartments Assistant Manager, in particular, has been so responsive to our needs. We are so lucky to work with individuals like those at Spark who care about their tenants, and go the extra mile to ensure that folks can live in a safe space. When we communicate repair requests with Spark, their maintenance teams are usually quick to respond. Spark Apartment staff are friendly and truly care about the Charlottesville Community. "The expierence since moving into Spark has not been great however, things are getting MUCH better. Brandon from the maintenance team was such an amazing helper. We has one issue with our kitchen and he ended up fixing every issue we had with the whole apartment. Nicole from the front office was an amazing help, even calling back to check if we had been taken care of yet. Things will definitely be looking better thanks to the new maintenance and office members!"

"Brandon and Paul were great! I had a few maintenance requests for about a month and even in the office to explain that we didn’t have hot water. It’s sad when you have to go somewhere else to take a hot shower. Fast forward to today it took them all of 15 minutes to provide me with a new water heater. It’s shame because that could’ve happened from the first maintenance order but I’m thankful for Brandon and Paul the new maintenance guys, they got it done!"
