"I just move in to Ivy Garden and it feels like home already. Sarah and Derek are so nice, responsive, and helpful as I started my application and started my move-in. Along the way, I needed some repair on my unit, Travis and Tyrell are nice, quick and handy to deal with any maintenance service. What a great initial experience of Ivy Garden."

"Great apartments, cheap rent, the place to be if you're attending nearby colleges. The apartments do have their quirks. For example the walls are thin enough that you can hear your neighbors' louder parties. But for the most part, things are great. I came here for a two year program, but stayed for 3 because the place really was that good (pandemic WFH relaxation helped). Pro tip - the back facing ground floor apartments in the higher 140s have great views and open to a backyard garden. Also pro tip - many of the front facing ground floor apartments are half underground with half sized windows... Would not recommend those."

"Ivy Gardens is definitely the best option for grad students in Cville (ten minute walk from Darden/UVA Law). The units are fairly priced, beyond spacious, and have a very calm/ "homey" feel. Maintenance issues are rare, but are fixed almost immediately if needed. The management staff is also super friendly and readily accessible. Law school is stressful as is, so I've really appreciated having a worry-free set-up here in Ivy G for the three years. I truly wish I could stay here post graduation, and can't recommend it enough!"

"Great spot for graduate students in law and business schools at UVA. The layouts are great. Don’t be deterred by the older buildings and fixtures—this apartment complex has strong bones, and management is easy to interact with. It’s quiet, convenient, and idyllic with the green space and nearby access to trails. Also, plenty of parking. Only a 10-15 walk to the law school. You are paying for convenience first and foremost, but you also get quiet, ample space in units, and, importantly, good service from management. An easy choice to stay there for all 3 years of law school. Get in touch fast because units fill up quickly!"

"Had a very good experience overall - the apartment was nice and comfortable, there is plenty of parking, and requests for repairs were always responded to quickly. My particular unit was also great for a bike owner, as it had a tile hallway leading in to the carpeted area. The internet was once *terrible*, but now it works fine. Lived here three years and it steadily improved. Recommended."
