"Trash littered over communal area outside everyday. ***UPDATE*** 3 months later and the problem is worse. Broken glass on the ground, trash littered everywhere every day, holes punched everywhere, possible gang tags??? Is there anything being done to stop individuals who do not live in the community from destroying the common area?? Very much an eye sore at the least and seemingly dangerous at this point."
"The Best Apartment in DMV. 3Co is the best. Liz helped us move in very smoothly! Clean and safe."
"I am actually the very first resident at the Three Collective. The first month or two, a group of teenagers would easily break into the complex, game room, and unlocked apartments. We now have key fob controlled elevator access, so improvement has been made there. No progress to secure the main level though. These apartments are classified as “Luxury Apartments” and the they are gorgeous. However, it is odd to list your apartments as such and not offer gated/secured parking for tenants. There is absolutely no gate or protection for our vehicles here. You simply go down a ramp and have access to hundreds of thousands dollars worth of vehicles. It’s terrifying to say the least. We are paying for parking to have our vehicles unsecured. I work remotely and lead several meetings. I made it be known that I need quietness if I’m going to sign a lease here. It was assured to me that no construction would occur and I’d have a quiet and enjoyable environment. The complete opposite was provided. It seems the corner units do not have enough space in between the fridge and wall to release moisture. Corner units that are vacant are getting this correction done, however corner units that are leased have been told “we will get to it eventually.” That means there is a good chance that mold is building up behind my fridge. The game room is aesthetically gorgeous. However I am not paying for aesthetics. The bowling alley rarely functions properly. The balls usually don’t come back to you. The virtual reality room has not been set up when we have asked them to set it up multiple times. There is a “tunnel to target” that is advertised. To my knowledge, this tunnel is not operational at all because there aren’t enough people living here for Target to consider the tunnel an efficient investment. It was told to me that the tunnel does not seem to be opening any time soon despite the advertisement on tours. The 2 residential elevators have recently started to raise concerns. Both have been making their own unique loud noise while in use. It sounds like the elevators are about to give out. We have had window leaking problems that have yet to be fixed. Each of my windows in my living room and bedroom leaks condensation water into my apartment, creating puddles on the window sill. I have attached pictures to justify this. I have alerted the concern to the management team and have been told “there is no solution, but you are not the only one.” The secondary bathroom in my unit always has a terrible smell. A smell that smells like sewage and cigarette smoke. It seems there is a problem with the ventilation. Each and every single one of my filter lights have come on by now and turned red asking to be replaced immediately. It was told to us that this is normal and to reset our filters. I was told that filters were covered by the Three Collective. Then it was told to us that we must pay for these filters if we wish to change them despite the replacement light being on. I installed a video recorded door bell with 3M tape by my front door so I can see who is at my door. Within 24 hours I was asked to take down the doorbell. Very few cameras are in the garage. There are some inside and outside but none as you go beyond level 1. I want to touch on the reason I am writing this review. It is mentioned when you lease an apartment here, maintenance CANNOT enter your apartment without your consent. Today while I was speaking to the management team about some concerns, maintenance entered my unit without me knowing or any consent. I have requested several times to give me notice for maintenance visits. I explained this 3 times right before the maintenance worker entered my locked apartment with zero consent. I don’t think I’ve ever been so mad. This is also classified as a Bozzuto property, but what isn’t mentioned is that it is owned by Wolf. So, everything is different in an awful way than an actual Bozzuto property. I advise you to choose anywhere else than here. Please save yourself the stress."
"Went to visit this apartment today. The unit is beautiful and staff was so friendly! I applied online because everything looked beautiful but I was taken back once I saw everything in person. First issue, the second "bedroom" doesn't have a closet. Can it really be deemed as a 2-bedroom when the second room doesn't have a closet or window? It honestly should just be classified as a 1-bedroom/den? The first unit I toured had no windows in both rooms/no access to outside––so isn't that a fire hazard? I had some real concerns after processing what I gathered from the tour. I know these were previously office buildings, so maybe they had some limitations with the renovations. But aren't there certain codes to be followed? Regardless, the units are beautiful and I was almost convinced! I'm so glad I came to visit in person. I think the price-point is completely marked up for what you actually get here. No real grass or greenery outside, just feels like a typical office building with concrete everywhere. I personally did not feel comfortable signing a lease here. Didn't feel like "home"."
"Since moving into this building over a month ago I have had my window leaking rain, lights flickering in bathroom , the fright elevator was never finished and none of these issues have been fixed. I have reported my window is leaking whenever it rains and is in danger of damaging my property and it has not been fixed, they gave me cardboard boxes and towels to stop the rain. They said they cannot tell me when the window will be fixed. There have been flickering lights in my bathroom and they have attempted to fix it twice, but every time it breaks the next day or a few days after. They do not have a maintenance portal or communicate when maintenance is coming, they will just show up at your apartment. Or they will lie about the date maintenance it coming. I would avoid this apartment building until they start completing maintenance and fix elevators."
