"I have lived in these apartments for many years and we've had mixed experiences. Recently, most of the staff have changed over and things are looking up. Prescilla in the leasing office seems to really care and want to turn things around. She sent Dante to us immediately after learning some of our issues. Both of them were fantastic and I really hope this means things are turning around for these apartments."

"Do NOT live here. I took a chance after seeing the reviews, and 4 months into my lease, I’m moving out. There was evidence of cockroaches and mice on day one. Maintenance would come and claim there are no problems or would outright not come at all. Mice and cockroaches overtook my apartment. Along with that, there are countless problems with management, the quality of the units, and the people in the area. My unit smells like rotting bodies and has people screaming until midnight. Do not live here. It’s not worth it."

"Very satisfied! It started off a little rough in the beginning, the apartment I applied for, and was told that I was getting didn’t have the features that I was told the unit would have. Overall it ended up being one of the best experiences I have ever had getting an apartment. Go in and ask for Prescilla or Sheila they are very helpful and will make SURE you are getting what you want. Prescilla went over the top to make sure I got the unit that I wanted. I highly recommend this place."

"Do not live here. There are mice and roaches that they can’t do anything about because there are too many holes in the walls. Despite checking all the appliances before moving in, two of the burners on the stove don’t work, and the washing machine leaks into the cabinet under the sink. I had to get my sink fixed 3 times because the first two they didn’t fix my problem. The toilets barely flush. Our first night here the cover for our ceiling light fell off and shattered. They gave us back our $350 “holding fee” and then charged us twice for it, and when we complained, they reimbursed us and then sneakily charged us again. There have been reports every week of vandalism by the kids living here. Some kids were walking around a knife. The internet in our whole building would randomly cut out for months. The AC only works some days. Half the outlets don’t work either. The carpet is not good at all and there’s lead paint. The front door is barely hanging on. Everything here is barely put together. 90% of our mail is for other people. Our sewage bill has been nearly $200 the past two months for no explicable reason. Nothing is in good walking distance even. The power goes out during storms often. All of this and we’ve only lived here for 3 months. But hey at least we have a balcony. DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"One star! The apartment has mice and a lot of them! I’ve caught 4 in a 2 week span! Before moving my things in, there were roaches everywhere! Dead and alive, in my kitchen/ bathroom cabinets, closets, balcony door panel or simply crawling around. My stove was painted over with off-white paint instead of being replaced, in which the paint wiped off every time I would clean my stove after cooking. The oven door didn’t close all the way. I never moved into an apartment with overly used and outdated appliances until here! My refrigerator was painted over as well. For 2300 a month the least they could’ve did was install new or at least slightly used things. One of my cabinet doors fell off! A box of hangers I ordered was stolen by someone in the rental office! My resident portal was DELETED while I was still a resident! The building is always trashed and dirty because they only clean it once a month. There’s a guy upstairs that does heroin in the halls and leaves his drug residue any and everywhere. I’ve only stayed here 5 months! I don’t recommend at all. Only Pro is the rooms are spacious and there’s a lot of shops nearby"
