"So far I have not had a lot of experience with Cannon Properties. They have just taken over a condominium complex of which I am an owner of one unit. 100 condominiums sit on a beautiful 15 acres of treed property.The previous management did not mow the lawn before the purchase. Now the lawn has not been mowed on the 15 acres for some time and the grass is over 1 foot tall. I may lose a tenant over this. Yesterday, Amanda was looking into it and said she would call me back in a few minutes. She never called me back. Not even a courtesy call. I plan to take pictures today and send them to the board of supervisors in Albemarle County to see if they will mow the property and bill it to the proper entity. We are not off to a roaring start but I hope it will improve from here."
