From day one of walking into his store, this man had a smile on his face and was so very polite. When we told him we were in a pinch to get furniture within 3 days… THREE DAYS! He rose to the challenge. He made the necessary phone calls to other stores, arranged for pick/up and drop from those stores, and even delivered and put together the furniture himself! Did I mention we have rented a whole house?! Never once did he seem frustrated or annoyed. Rent-A-Center upper management needs to take note…. Jonathan has got to be one of your best managers and employees. ALL stores need a Jonathan staffed there. He has superior Customer service skills and exudes compassion and respect for all his customers. If we must use Rent-A-Center again, no matter that the Culpepper store is over an hour away, we will travel simply to be able to have Jonathan assist us. We know it will be done quick and correctly!"
