"Just don't. They will not fix things in a timely manner. Roof has been leaking for 2 months, said it needs a new roof can't be patched, but yet here we are with nothing repaired. They are looking for a more affordable company to replace it but yet when it rains the wall and ceiling leaks, no big deal apparently. Dishwasher has been broken, supposedly ordered a new part 2 months ago as well, have yet to have that fixed. 10/10 would not recommend. Would given 1 starts at this point but will not allow that."
"They have problems addressing issues. When you call to have issues fixed. They inform residents that they will fix any issues, yet they seem as if they have forgotten. Water issues, daily fixes become a problem. Would not recommend this complex to anyone.."
