"Nice place to live"

"Good price for what you get. Definitely one of the older apartment units in the city. As of summer 2023 they’ve remodeled and opened the pool. Walls and floors are thin and you can absolutely hear your neighbors. Very few complaints. Finding a place to live will never be perfect but this place isn’t bad."

"One of the worst apartments I have ever lived. Oh and the maintenance guys we'll steal stuff from your apartment. I had few thing of mine stolen from the maintenance man. And they will snoop though your stuff as well. They also love to come and do maintenance when you are not there. If you dude decide to live there. I would very extremely highly recommend you get wireless camera for every room. One that will sent a message to your phone when It detects motion or someone walking in front of it. If you don't and stuff comes up missing. Then it's no use going to property management without proof. Also if you wondering if it's quiet. It's not, u can hear everyone. Also if you make a complaint on noise or anything nothing gets done. They act like they care. But they really don't at all. I warned a friend of mine who rented from them. They had same things happen to them. So in vest in security cameras for every room if decide to rent here. But my advice is to stay away."
